Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend on-call coverage in Broken Arrow, OK. You will coordinate care, supervise involved staff, and ensure clinical plans are implemented with strong infection control practices.

The role requires an active RN license in Oklahoma, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of RN experience; CPR and Hepatitis vaccination status may be required. This is an on-site position with weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma/associate/bachelor).
• Current RN license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Cover weekend on-call schedule and provide clinical directions to the team.
• Develop and document the plan of care and ensure its execution.
• Assess patients at home and identify clinical and environmental needs.
• Maintain infection control standards to protect staff and patients.
• Monitor cases to ensure payer and regulatory requirements are met.
• Supervise home health aide and LVN/LPN as needed.
• Provide on-call services to patients and families as assigned.
