Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Registered Nurse license in CA (CA RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs an appropriate nursing history and physical upon admission.
• Reviews complete physical assessment.
• Performs frequent vital signs.
• Identifies problems based on observation techniques.
• Analyzes data and incorporates into plan of care.
• Compares and correlates data in written record.
