Job summary

National Church Residences seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) for weekend on-call coverage in our Ohio program. You will assist seniors with daily living activities, offer companionship, help with meals, and maintain a safe home environment. Documentation and communication with the care team are essential.

We welcome both Certified and Non-Certified HHAs. The role requires dependable transportation and weekend availability, with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling where possible.

Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified HHAs welcome.
• Availability for weekend on-call is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required documentation.
