Job summary

National Church Residences in Central Ohio is seeking Home Health Aides (certified or non-certified) for weekday on-call coverage. You will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, and support after-hours scheduling across Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified HHAs are welcome.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Observe and report changes in condition; take vital signs when ordered.
