Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Monroe is seeking caring professionals for a Weekend Warrior on-call role covering Lenawee, Jackson and Hillsdale counties in Michigan. You will provide hands-on in-home support, including mobility assistance, vital signs, showers, meals, and light housekeeping.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of caregiver experience and availability for weekend shifts; scrubs and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a caregiver with an agency or nursing home.
• Must be able to work 2 weekends per month minimum.
• Must have extensive availability for on-call shifts and be able to travel within Hillsdale/Lenawee/Jackson counties.
• Wear scrubs and appear professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care in clients' homes during on-call shifts.
• Perform lifts, take vitals, manage catheter bags and provide showers.
• Assist with briefs, dressing, cooking meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with transportation and medication administration as needed; take weights and document care.
