Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. in California is seeking a non-CDL delivery driver to support insulation product deliveries to job sites and offices. The role includes loading/unloading, light warehouse tasks, and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork while upholding DOT safety guidelines.

You will balance a family-friendly schedule with weekends off, flexible hours based on routes, and require strong customer service skills, map-reading ability, and reliable problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires one year of experience in driving a straight truck.
• Requires valid driver's license and a flexible work schedule based on need.

Responsibilities

• Drive to deliver material and load/unload within a scheduled route.
• Perform daily truck maintenance and pre-trip inspections.
• Complete DOT logs and daily inspection forms as required.
• Process delivery paperwork and collect COD charges when specified.
• Communicate with the Division Manager about site issues.
• Read maps to determine quickest routes and support other duties as needed.
