Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 4+ years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Less than 1 year of Experience in OT roles.
• Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats and monitors a patient; modifies therapy plans as needed.
• Performs clinical documentation promptly and accurately.
• Educates patients, families and staff; communicates with care team.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
