Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a highly technical, fast-paced team dedicated to excellent patient care. You will render professional therapy to assigned patients, performing evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing re-assessment within the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules.

The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program, a current BLS certification, and a valid Texas license (or temporary license) with at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License to practice in Texas.
• 1 year licensed Occupational Therapist experience.

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Occupational Therapist PRN position renders professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning).

Your Job Requirements
