Mercy Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Obstetrics department. This full-time role requires weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) and Nursing licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure, with relevant certifications (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, BLS, LPN-IV).

Duties include delivering patient-centered obstetric care and maintaining patient confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have completed a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and meet unit-specific

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold a current RN license for the hiring state or compact licensure and meet state requirements.
• Certification(s): ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE modules, BLS, LPN-IV as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates patient care with other departments.
