St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in Schenectady.

This weekend-track role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, supervising nursing care and staffing across rehabilitation services. The position requires New York State RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and at least 1 year of RN management or supervisor experience, with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• New York State RN License is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of RN Management/Supervisor experience.
• Must have at least 1 year RN experience in an acute inpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and staffing for the 7p–7:30a weekend shift across rehabilitation areas.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource, planner, and liaison to the medical staff.
• Lead orientation, personnel management, and ongoing staff development within Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital.
• Balance direct supervision (50%) with administrative duties (50%).
