Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing with efficient, high-quality care and positive outcomes.
- Lead clinical operations of nursing units during shift, ensuring policy and regulation compliance.
- Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure 24/7 nursing coverage while controlling overtime.
- Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and recommend promotions/transfers/terminations.
