Genesis Exeter Center is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will help manage staff, ensure quality care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to meet clinical goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• BSN preferred but not required for eligibility.

• Coach staff, ensure policy adherence, and regulate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe, 24/7 care.
