Job summary

Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge in Paterson, NJ is hiring RN/LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisors for per-diem, 12-hour shifts. Weekend Day and Weekend Night options, with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Active NJ RN or LPN license required; LTC experience and prior supervision preferred. You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, collaborate with physicians to promote patient outcomes, oversee clinical operations, and mentor staff with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NJ RN or LPN license.
• LTC experience and prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
