Join Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN/LPN Supervisor. This role involves providing leadership in a 196-bed care facility with a focus on high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of nursing experience in healthcare settings.
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations for effective care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care regulations.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans.
• Support accurate documentation as per clinical standards.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in issue resolution.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
