Apploi is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services in a Wisconsin facility during weekend shifts. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure adherence to care standards, coordinate with the medical team, and maintain regulatory compliance to support residents’ well-being.

You will provide effective handoffs to weekday leadership, manage staffing needs, document incidents, and promote resident dignity and safety while ensuring quality of life over weekend periods.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid RN license in state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and long-term care operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on weekend shifts and ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social services to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and corrective action to staff as necessary.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness; communicate weekend updates to weekday leadership.
