Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Weekend LPN/RN House Supervisor Days to oversee and direct the evening/night shift at The Groves Rehab and Healthcare Center. You will coordinate clinical and administrative activities and ensure quality resident care within Missouri Nurse Practice Act.

This role conducts rounds, maintains records, supports staff, mentors new employees, communicates policy changes, and facilitates disciplinary actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
• Two years of long-term care nursing experience, with at least one year in management/supervisor roles.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain shift reports from administrative staff and outgoing supervisor.
• Conduct rounds to nursing stations; ensure quality control measures are in place.
• Complete records and administrative reports as required.
