Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a weekend Advanced Practice Clinician in Memphis, TN to join our post-acute care team on a part-time basis (2 days/week). The role rounds in a skilled nursing facility with strong support, autonomy, and earning potential.

Compensation ranges from $38,808 to $46,560 annually with no cap on productivity. You’ll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in onboarding and mentorship programs designed to

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA license in Tennessee and DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
