TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Crossville, Tennessee. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days/week) rounding Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in a skilled nursing facility, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

A comprehensive 3-month onboarding program with a dedicated clinical mentor, plus access to leading post-acute medicine experts, will support your transition.

Formación

• TN NP or PA license and DEA license.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
