Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing tools and their proper use.

Responsibilities

• Read prints for required specifications and dimensions.
• Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Support logistic needs, including needs from shop personnel, unloading of equipment from trucks, and moving materials to their required locations.
• Provide support as needed to structure bay fabrication.
• Perform introductory shop tasks, such as grinding or deburring.
• Support COF Safety Department's directives, including visual inspection of equipment and installation of basic safety items, such as signage.
• Be diligent with housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and orderly shop environment.
• Complete assigned work within given time frame and according to specifications.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
