Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a Team Leader in Michigan to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will take orders, deliver outstanding customer service, and help prepare food and smoothies with accurate measuring and weighing.

You’ll train new team members, delegate tasks, and run scheduled shifts while ensuring cleanliness and hospitality. Flexible Fridays and one weekend per month shift are required, with some nights.

Must be willing to work at least one weekend a month, and work on Fridays during the day or at night at least two Fridays a month. We try to rotate so the same people are not stuck working the same weekend shifts all the time.
