Qualifications

• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process with accountability for care provided to patients.
• Create and update care plans through assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Document and communicate patient information clearly; ensure safety and continuity of care.
