Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers and ensure dough quality.
• Weigh raw pretzels every 30 minutes and record speeds/pressure.
• Monitor ingredient stock and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Identify and report mechanical issues and machinery wear.
• Log operation records and track inventory using handheld scanner.
• Substitute for other processing operators as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate concerns.
• Communicate production information to other shifts.
