Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.
• NRP Provider certification per requirements.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties and document care in EMR.
• Conducts initial patient assessment and develops care plans.
• Implements care plans, nursing interventions and procedures.
• Ensures safety of patients and staff, reports hazards and incidents.
• Communicates with team and provides feedback for professional development.
