Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the products assembled and their impact on the business.
• Continuously learn the principles, practices, and processes of the job as changes occur.
• Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques and overhead equipment.
• Communicate hazards or equipment issues with leadership.
• Cross-train in different areas and flex to different stations as needed.
