Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants.
- Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and services in a safe and respectful environment
- Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided at Spring Creek Healthcare Center
