Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking an LPN Weekend Supervisor to join our weekend care team. You will supervise licensed practical nurses and CNAs, ensure high-quality patient care, and assist with care coordination on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends
• Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and services in a safe and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care
