Responsibilities

• Administer medication and complete necessary documentation.
• Accompany individuals to and from medical appointments and activities.

Skills

Basic Computer Literacy

Ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds

Verbal communication in English

Education

Graduate of accredited Nursing School; LPN

Licensed in the State of New Jersey
