Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a Weekend PM Line Lead to oversee packaging equipment and coordinate on- line production on Fri–Sun. The role starts at $27.89/hour with potential up to $32.93/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium and an incentive bonus up to 6% of gross earnings annually.

You will set up and operate multiple packaging machines, track production, determine cheese quantities, and ensure packaging specs are met. Strong mechanical, math, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate packaging machines across multiple lines (shreds, form-fill-seal, overwrap) and related equipment.
• Operate in-line zipper applicators for line-specific packaging.
• Keep track of in-process and completed production ensuring orders are filled.
• Determine the amount of cheese needed for line fulfillment.
• Ensure correct packaging specifications: cheese type, shred style, weight, date code, film, labels, and additives.
• Maintain accurate records of film and ingredient usage and data on packaging efficiency and downtime.
