Job summary

Paylocity in Kentucky and Ohio is seeking an RN Weekend Supportive Care Nurse (night shift) to provide one-to-one bedside care for terminally ill patients, based on ongoing assessments and the plan of care. Night shifts run 8:00 pm–8:00 am, with Saturday and Sunday nights eligible for weekend shift premium.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and active KY and OH licenses (or eligibility), at least one year of patient care experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensure in KY & OH (or eligibility).
• Minimum 1 year patient care experience in hospital, nursing home, or related facility.
• Strong communication, empathy, responsibility, and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one end-of-life bedside care per care plan.
• Educate patients and caregivers on end-of-life services and resources.
• Document complex medical information for assessments.
• Establish collaborative relationships with patients, families, and providers.
• Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation.
