Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Dumper/Back Up Machine Operator for the Hanover, PA area on a Weekend Night Shift. The role involves feeding production lines, moving skids to the warehouse, and operating barrel filling lines, rod machines and labelers.

Responsibilities include forklift-assisted material handling, warehouse support, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to quality and food safety standards. Excellent teamwork and reliability are valued in Utz's fast-paced snack manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of operating a barrel filling line, rod machine and labelers.
• Able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
• Forklift license is required.
• Must wear non-slip shoes and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with materials.
• Move skids of cardboard/barrels to tables and packing stations.
• Transport finished product to warehouse using forklift or hand jack.
• Operate barrel filling lines, rod machine and labelers.
• Assist warehouse with loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Support quality and food safety tasks for the position.
