Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. The Baylor commitment adds $2.00 per hour to the base rate for eligible shifts, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee.
• Ability to meet Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to nursing team.
• Assist with transfers and mobility following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and families.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team.
