Job summary

Qualifications

• No education or experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process payments including cash, checks, cards, and other forms.
• Greet customers, assist in locating items, and provide a helpful checkout experience.
• Stock, face, rotate merchandise, and maintain a clean register area.
• Follow store policies and safety guidelines, including WIC and tobacco/liquor rules.
• Support courtesy personnel and assist with special promotions and events.
