Weekend Night Auditor - Must work Fridays and Saturdays

Join us as a Weekend Night Auditor at Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

We are hiring a Night Auditor!

If you have a passion for serving others, this role is perfect for you! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, interacting with guests. The department operates 24/7, making each role crucial. As a night shift team member, you work independently, handling check-ins, check-outs, and closing out the day’s business, often without direct supervision. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will greatly enhance guest experiences. Additionally, you monitor hotel safety by observing for abnormal activity and weather issues that could impact guests.

Ideal candidates enjoy working semi-independently, possess a friendly personality, and have a high sense of responsibility. We foster a positive company culture where everyone is valued and respected.

Role Responsibilities
  • Processing credit card transactions and other payments (restaurant, events, lounge)
  • Handling phone calls, reservations, and transfers
  • Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
  • Performing check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administering guest payment policies and reviewing errors from day shifts
  • Preparing folios for departing guests
  • Maintaining lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed
  • Following all hotel emergency procedures
