I’m Rhiannon, owner of Premier Nanny Source, a nanny placement agency helping a family find a warm, playful, and experienced weekend nanny for their 17-month-old daughter.The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, approximately 8 a.m.–4 p.m., with some flexibility. The schedule will be confirmed one month in advance.The family would love someone who enjoys floor play, books, music, park outings, and planning engaging, screen-free activities. Responsibilities include meals, naps, diaper changes, and tidying up after their daughter.Pay is $38–$40/hour through W-2 payroll. Toddler experience and dependable availability are important. The family has a cat. A car is a plus but not required. Ideally, candidates have at least one weekday off.The family hopes to build a lasting relationship with their nanny.
