Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• IEMA licensure preferred.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
• Prior MRI or radiology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems related to the software.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Positions patients and administers contrast as needed.
• Delivers high-quality exams following radiologist directions.
• Provides excellent patient service and explains procedures to reduce anxiety.
