Job summary

North-Okaloosa-Medical-Center is seeking an MRI Technologist I for weekend shifts, with rotation options on weekdays and potential PRN. The role focuses on high-quality MRI imaging, patient safety, and collaboration with the radiology team at the Crestview facility.

The position requires graduation from an accredited MRI/Radiologic program and 0–2 years of MRI experience. Excellent patient care, safety, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience as a registered MRI Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine MRI procedures according to physician orders and protocols.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging documentation.
• Operates MRI equipment and maintains imaging safety standards.
• Educates patients about MRI exams and prepares them for scanning.
• Maintains inventory and reports equipment issues promptly.
