Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MT or equivalent science field required.
• Internship in an approved Medical Technician program required.
• 2 years laboratory experience preferred.
• Licensure: MLS (ASCP) and MT (ASCP) within 6 months of hire.
• Other AMT/AAB/HHS/NCA/CLS licenses may be required within 6 months.
• Reading, writing and speaking English clearly.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and safety compliance.
