Express Employment is seeking a Millwright to join a well-established wood products manufacturer in the Centralia/Morton area of Washington. The role offers a weekend shift with competitive pay of $37.29 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

This position presents an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential in a stable manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mill machinery and production equipment while following safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mill machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, welding, and mechanical repairs on conveyors, belts, cylinders, and related systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
