Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in meteorology or related field and strong journalism foundation.
Outstanding writing, grammar and storytelling across platforms.
Ability to ad-lib breaking weather and news events and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

Report and anchor weather across on-air and digital platforms.
Enterprise weather stories and general news stories with clear, engaging presentation.
Shoot, write, edit, and produce weather content for all platforms and live streams.
Contribute to web articles and social media during weather events.
Perform weather casts for weekend newscasts and assist with other shifts as needed.
