Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the Part-Time Merchandising position in Egg Harbor, NJ. The role supports merchandising, inventory management, route service, and racking placement, using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

The hourly rate starts at $16.83 with 15–30 hours weekly (Thursday–Sunday). Eligible for a retention bonus of up to $250 and part-time benefits eligibility, including select voluntary benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Clean driving record.
• Courteous with customer service orientation and listening skills.
• Understands and embraces value of safety.
• Able to operate a personal vehicle.
• English language required; bilingual a plus.
• All Herr Foods Inc. offers contingent upon passing a drug test and random drug testing for all active employees.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandising, inventory management, route service, racking placement and resets.
• Use own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Assist DSD route sales employees and branch staffing needs.
