Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring immediately for merchandisers to stock and rotate products on store shelves. This part-time role covers Friday through Sunday with 6–9 hours a week, in Rockford, IL.

You will learn promotions, maintain displays, and deliver friendly customer service while meeting background check and drug test requirements. Valid driver's license and smartphone access are expected; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Willingness to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
