CJ Schwan's is hiring a Merchandiser to ensure our products are available on store shelves in Harrisonville and Butler, MO. You will stock, merchandise, and rotate products while maintaining promotional displays and providing excellent customer service.

The role offers a part-time schedule (8–10 hours/week) with mileage reimbursement and paid training, plus opportunities for advancement within the company. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and use safety equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves.
• Maintain display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide friendly customer service and coordinate with coworkers.
