Ethan's Crossing is seeking a Weekend Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services on Friday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in Euclid, OH. The role requires a licensed clinician with experience in group therapy and a focus on recovery and holistic guest care.

Your Impact on the Floor: As a Mental Health Therapist here, you are the clinical compass of our recovery community. You will:
Lead Therapeutic Growth: Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions focused on psychological health and substance abuse education.
Collaborate for Success: Play an active role in interdisciplinary treatment planning and family counseling to ensure a holistic approach to guest care.
Bridge the Communication Gap: Maintain proactive engagement with clients, families, and external referral sources to support long-term stability.
Ensure Clinical Excellence: Apply a deep understanding of HIPAA, TJC standards, and Medicaid regulations to maintain the highest quality of clinical practice.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling with LSW and documented group therapy experience OR a Master's degree in social work /counseling.
Current unencumbered clinical license (BSW with LSW, MSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or MFT).
Must be 21 yrs or older.
Licensed Professional Counselor/Social Services expertise .
