Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide evaluation and treatment for adult patients on a Behavioral Health unit in Neenah, WI. The role involves conducting individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and coordinating with the treatment team to meet patient needs.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in mental health or counseling and a Wisconsin license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). BLS and MOAB are required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or counseling is required.
• Active State of Wisconsin license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and MOAB within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient condition; create individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and provide interventions for mental health diagnosis.
• Maintain treatment records and required documentation on time.

Education

Master's degree in mental health or counseling

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
