Job summary

One on One Home Care in Northern Virginia seeks a CNA with 2+ years of experience, including memory care, to join our team providing compassionate in-home support.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, and gentle rehab exercises, while coordinating with caregivers and family members. We offer orientation bonuses, paid training, and a rewards program.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years CNA experience with at least one year in memory care.
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, including CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Good bedside manner, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in activities to stimulate the mind and spirit.
• Help with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support with completing physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
