Weekend Memory Care Aide $25/hr 3p-11p (Full Time)

Join our team at The Princeton Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Our wage range for this position is: $25.00 per hour.

Shift Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3 pm - 11 pm

About the Role
  • Advocate of Empathy: Create meaningful human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Patient Observer: Discover residents’ interests and abilities, and collaborate to develop and implement engagement strategies.
  • Master of the Mise en Scène: Prepare the environment to enhance residents' daily experiences, from meals to bedtime routines.
  • Life Partner: Support residents in all aspects of daily life from waking to sleeping.
  • Document resident care and condition changes accurately.
  • Assist with orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with genuine love for residents.
  • Computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist residents with mobility and after falls.
  • Criminal background clearance.
