Position: Member Services Rep - Part Time - Morning: Saturday and Sunday 5:30am-12:30pm

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests with exceptional service, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
• Answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Checking in members, touring, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates and events.
• Responding to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Conducting beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Managing membership cards, address changes, and billing questions using POS.

Club Maintenance and Cleanliness:

• Maintaining a clean and orderly front desk and lobby.
• Performing regular cleaning tasks, including wiping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows/mirrors, and re-racking weights.
• Cleaning exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and wet areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain CPR/AED certification.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak clearly and see and hear normally.
