• Maintains laboratory instruments and performs required maintenance.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions per protocol.
• Works independently within guidelines and communicates results to staff and management.
• Participates in evaluations of new tests or instruments.
• Monitors inventory and assists with ordering supplies.
• Trains employees and students and assesses competency.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols.
