Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CLS/Medical Technology or related field.
• Experience not required; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to quality control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests using standard techniques and equipment.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation according to SOPs.
• Process patient samples with accurate identification and documentation.
• Participate in lab inspections and proficiency testing as directed.
• Communicate problems to supervisory staff and maintain quality assurance records.
