Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver for weekend shifts in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time position runs Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00am–6:00pm, with a weekend differential of +$1.00/hr on top of the base $17.00/hr.

A company vehicle and fixed schedules help ensure reliable service and patient care. Key responsibilities include safely driving a company vehicle, loading/unloading, scanning items, and maintaining safety and accuracy across routes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members and staff.
• Maintain courteous, professional demeanor in all situations.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle totransport lab specimens and supplies.
• Load and unload items using proper equipment.
• Use handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow schedule, routes, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate safe driving and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to meet needs.
• Adhere to policies and complete pre/post-trip inspections.
